Works undertaken within the existing basement car park of luxury care home in South West London
The aim of the project was to provide additional staff facilities, such as WC’s, showers, changing areas and staff communal areas including kitchen and break out area.
Below ground drainage was adapted to accommodate the new facility, walls and ceilings formed and the introduction of New Air conditioning, extraction, Smoke extract, Fire alarm, lighting and small Power.
